レセプションは無いですが、ホテル入り口すぐ横のお土産屋さんのご家族がオーナーなのでチェックインや滞在中の困りごと、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりなどの対応がスムーズでした。(大きな荷物を持ってエントランスのロックを解除してると、お店から人が来てくれました)
ベランダには洗濯物を干せるスペースがあって良かったです。
