The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just minutes from the center. 2nd floor apartment in a 3rd small apartment building without elevator. Transportation in the neighborhood is done either on foot or by car on a two-way street without traffic and congestion. There is always ample parking even though it is public.
