Pola's loft is a new luxurious one-bedroom apartment (loft) of 45 m2, located in Ierissos, Halkidiki, on the third and top floor, just 200 m. away from the endless beach of Ierissos. It includes a bedroom with a large bed (1.60m × 2.00m), with an anatomic mattress (26.5 cm depth) in order to offer a unique experience of warmth and comfort. It also includes a spacious living room with a modern a sofa of modern design which can be converted into a comfortable double bed whenever needed. The living room has a direct access to the spacious private balcony with unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding area, and to the dining area where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or drink. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a private bathroom with a rain shower. The apartment’s equipment covers all the modern needs and includes among others, electric shutters, window screens, wi-fi, 2 flat screen TVs with access to streaming platforms, washing machine, ironing board, top-mattress for sofa bed, luxurious bed linen and branded personal care products made in Greece.

The hosts have personally taken care of every detail so that the accommodation meets the requirements of the visitor from 2 to 5 peoples’ stay. The hosts live in the same building, they are approachable and sociable, they love children, and they will help you to explore the beauties and sights of the surrounding area. They will be at your disposal to provide you with all the information and help to make your stay unforgettable! The hosts would like to highlight that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as the building is not equipped with elevator and the access to the apartment is only possible through stairs (approximately 50 steps).

On the seafront promenade just a 5-minute walk from the property there is a variety of dining and entertainment options, such as fish taverns, restaurants & beach bars. Within the village you will find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, shops selling necessities and marine items. At a distance of about 100 m from the property there is a car rental service and at 500 m the Health Center. At a distance of 200m extends the endless beach of Ierissos, awarded with a blue flag with its sandy beach. Close to Ierissos there are the beaches of Kakoudia with its rocky protrusions and Gavriadia both with beautiiful turquoise waters. You can visit the settlement of Nea Roda (5.5 km) with the picturesque harbor and the shallow and blue beaches, and the unique and famous island of Ammouliani (7.3 km to the port of Tripiti) with its golden beaches. From Ouranoupolis (15 km) you can take the tour of Mount Athos, and cruise to Vourvourou Sithonia. In Olympiada (31 km) you can visit the archeological site of Ancient Stageira, the birthplace of the great philosopher Aristotle.
