Even though you are in the center of Athens, the neighborhood is quiet, the apartment faces a pedestrian street with little pedestrian crossing, the people are friendly, and there are nearby shops with basic necessities such as a supermarket, bakery, grocery store, and pharmacy. There are many restaurants, cafes, and shops with tourist goods. It is also only a few minutes away from Syntagma Square (600m.) with the famous shopping street Ermou, with all the shops. You can walk to the Acropolis museum and the Acropolis, Monastiraki, and Thisio.
