Relax at this newly renovated, peaceful, and stylish maisonette, set in a serene seaside location, only a stone’s throw away from the centre of the beautiful Perdika village. You can directly jump in the blue waters, taking a 5-minute walk from the house or enjoy the sandy beach of Moni, crossing with the boat from the marina, on this secret islet covered in rich vegetation. In Perdika, you can explore seaside strolls and discover picturesque tavernas and cafes with local delicacies.
Hi, I am your host Kalliope. I grew up in Athens and come from Crete, but I fell in love with Perdika (Aegina) and I am delighted to be able to host you at Perdika’s Nest. My passion is working out (Capoeira, Yoga) but my less creative side is being a Finance professional, having studied and lived in London for a few years. See you hopefully soon in Aegina! I own another house in the area so I am available to help if I am there. If not, always happy to have a chat here or over the phone.
Located at a peaceful neighbourhood, in an area with villas and summer houses, featuring unobstructed sea views and a beautiful natural landscape. You can park your car(s) beside the house at a quiet road. All key Perdika sites (beach, taverns etc) are located within walking distance. The bus stop to Aegina centre is 10 minutes far (on foot).
