6th floor Minimal decoration apartment consisting of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony overlooking the port and the center of Patras. The apartment is located in the center and you have access to all the attractions and all the shops restaurant in just 2 minutes walk. It has free public parking just 50 meters away. The house is suitable for students, couples, travelers and professionals.

The neighborhood is located in the best part of Patras right in the center, it is quiet and provides you with direct access to the whole of Patras on foot. You are 5 minutes from the KTEL bus, 5 minutes from the train and 2 minutes from the university bus.
