Each maisonette offers a modern kitchen and a dining area furnished with a glass rectangular table on the upper floor. A staircase leads to the ground floor where two bedrooms are located: a master bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV and large windows opening to a veranda with a swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. As well a bedroom with two twin beds and a built in wallunit. There is a bathroom with shower on the floor. Outside there is a garden furniture where one can enjoy a quiet morning with a cup of aromatic coffee and greek pastry. A spacious BBQ area will make one enjoy the evenings spent outside grilling fresh meat or fish.

As well as there is a port where excursion ships for St. Athos, Diaporos islands and voyages along Sithonia leave on a daily basis. A long sandy beach Tanni Amouda is located within 250m walk which offers clear water of the Aegean Sea, a few water activities to keep children busy and happy.
