Much more than a holiday house, staying in this home is like having your own private house because it is totally private. Situated in east side of Athens it is a mere 20 minutes from the International Airport – 50 minutes from Athens city center - 5 minutes from Lavrio city, and yet the home itself lies on a quiet part of the Aegean sea. This home offers a unique combination of easy accessibility and complete privacy.
The house is located in Kalopigado, Keratea, a quiet and picturesque area near Athens, perfect for relaxation and peace of mind. From the property, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape, with stunning sunsets and a serene atmosphere. The neighborhood is friendly, with locals who appreciate the tranquility and natural beauty of the area.
