Our place consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances (oven, ceramic hob, "LG" refrigerator, "Nespresso" coffee maker, filter coffee maker, mixer, water kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron, floor fan, microwave oven) as well as kitchen utensils. In the living room you will find a 49 inch "Smart" TV with YouTube, Netflix, etc. for your relaxing hours! It also has a sofa-bed on which you can place an extra cover for an even more comfortable sleep (the cover is in the storage space of the sofa). The property has a Vodafone WiFi network with a speed of 100mbs. The room has a double bed with a comfortable mattress and a large wardrobe with various storage areas such as for long coats etc. The bathroom has a shower and is equipped with an 8kg washing machine.
The accommodation is located on a seaside plot with 3 acres of garden, 50 meters away there is a beach for swimming. At 900 meters is the port of Nea Makri where there are many restaurants and entertainment facilities. The shopping center of Nea Makri has all kinds of commercial stores, supermarkets etc. The accommodation has also a private terrace of 75 square meters with an unlimited 360 degree view of the sea of Marathon Bay and the surrounding mountains and hills.
