Located just 250 metres from the waterfront, at an altitude of 35 metres, the property is surrounded by the peaceful hills of Aegiali. Here you can enjoy silence, nature, and stunning sea views — you may even spot or hear goats grazing nearby. From your balcony, you can watch breathtaking sunsets or enjoy a glass of wine under the moon and stars. For those who love the sea, there are opportunities for scuba diving and snorkeling along the warm coastline and its hidden little beaches. Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll reach the charming centre of Aegiali Bay, where welcoming locals serve traditional Greek dishes in cosy taverns. You’ll also find bars, supermarkets, bakeries, and shops offering local products.
