The Soleil d'Emery residence was founded by Mr. Guy VALA, originally from Terre-de-Bas. The residence, located at the foot of the mountain in Petite-Anse, was built on family land that once belonged to his uncle Emery, hence its name today. Today, the residence is a small additional employer for the small community of Terre-de-Bas and allows for the accommodation of a large number of tourists on the island each year.
