We can help you plan some activities if needed --- For several months, following technical difficulties affecting the production and distribution of potable water in Guadeloupe, the competent authorities have set up a solidarity system resulting in occasional water cuts of 12 hours. Powerless in the face of this decision, we are working to find long-term solutions. Also, when you arrive with us, we will make available in the apartment sufficient water reserves to wait for the return to normal. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience beyond our control.

Property information

This condo is located in a secure residence located on one of the most beautiful sites of Guadeloupe, namely the very famous area of the Pointe de la Verdure Gosier. The condo offers a panoramic sea view as well as private and direct access to the beach. On the beach, you will find the touristic activities such as : idleness, jet ski, sailing, diving, restaurant with feet in the water. A real Akoya on an island that has a lot to offer. We follow cleaning protocol which was designed in partnership with experts. The studio is air conditioned and fully equipped. It offers great benefits such as: Numbered parking space, lift, pretty terrace, washing machine and dryer, The linen is provided. A cot for babies with mattress is available on request at least 3 days before arrival.

You have access to the entire dwelling and to all areas of the residence. --- As our guest, you can benefit from the advantages of the neighboring 4 stars hotel during your stay: - access to the swimming pool - access to the Shop - access to their Beach also - access to the Restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner) - access to the Bar To access these services, you have to go to the hotel reception and take your ACCESS PASS --- The famous Casino of Gosier, many restaurants with varied cuisine, prestigious bars and various shops are just 2 minutes walk away.
