The apartment is located near the beach, just 100-150 meters away. From the balcony there are beautiful views of the Black Sea coast and Batumi. In case of clear weather, you can also see the Caucasus mountains. The apartment is equipped with all necessary appliances and furniture. On the first floor of the house there is a cafe where you can taste local and foreign dishes, you can also order breakfast on the spot, with delivery to your room.

Near the house there are catering facilities, open summer cafes and bars, as well as convenience stores and a pharmacy. 1 km away is the Batumi Botanical Garden and the beautiful beach of Green Cape, which can be reached by public transport or by walking. Public transport also runs in the direction of the city center, which is a 10-minute drive away. Batumi Art Center is also nearby, where various cultural events are often held. If you plan to arrive in Batumi by train, our apartment is 1-2 kilometers away from the central station. Batumi Airport is 10 kilometers away.
