Cozy apartment with a nice renovation and wonderful panoramic city view. All the necessary furniture and household appliances, including washing machine and boiler, for a comfortable stay on the hospitable Batumi Sea are available. Kitchen is equipped with modern facilities: big fridge with freezer, electric kettle, induction hob, vent hood, different kitchen utensils. Tea, sugar, salt and sunflower oil for roasting are always available in the kitchen. Guests are provided with the set of fresh clean towels and bed linen. If You need another sleeping place, we will provide You with additional set. Accommodation with pets is available on the basis of prior agreement, the cost is discussed individually. UPD: Now we have large mirror.
The appartment is situated in the area with a well-developed social, shopping and entertainment infrastructure. Within walking distance there is Black Sea Mall, a shopping center with the biggest supermarket in town and a food court. To the sea - 800 m along the most colorful and vibrant Zh. Shartava Avenue.
