A cozy and modern one-bedroom apartment. The area is approximately 40 sq.m. Very comfortable and bright. 12 minutes on foot from the train station, 3 minutes to the sea. A quiet and picturesque area. resh overhaul, no mold. All water in the house is additionally purified to the state of drinking, supply and exhaust ventilation, hypoallergenic wall coating - Travertine, new plumbing, underfloor heating, heating, always good pressure of hot water. Glass packages - aluminum profile. The house is insulated. A full-fledged comfortable kitchen. Own green yard and parking, there is outdoor furniture. The apartment is very good at any time of the year! The distance to Batumi International Airport is 22 km. We can meet you there!
Within walking distance from the house - the Black Sea:), the beach, the New embankment of Kobuleti, playgrounds and parks, shops, pharmacies, cafes, hospital. No active traffic near the house.
