Unwind in this beautifully characterful & spacious apartment, located in the heart of Wimborne, above the iconic Spill The Beans health food shop, less than a minute walk from The Square! A luxuriously decorated, grade II listed home, perfect for a relaxing getaway & ideally placed to soak up the charm of this idyllic market town, with its array of fantastic pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. Thoughtfully kitted out, including a fold out-bed for a third guest. Ideal for a couple or family of 3. One of two holiday apartments available to let - Flat 1 has been stylishly redecorated throughout, paying homage to the Peacock which roamed the rooftops of West Street in years past. A peaceful and serene space, with stunning views over a picturesque corner of town and the soothing chimes of the Minster bells in the background. An incredibly central location, with all that Wimborne has to offer just a stone's throw away. Only a 2 minute walk to the Tivoli theatre, The Minster Church and the High Street, with a host of lovely independent shops to explore in the side streets. And only a 5 minute walk to a choice of supermarkets, as well as lots of nearby parking & EV charging.
A keen traveller who enjoys a bit of adventure. Having settled back down in my home county of Dorset after escaping the city life, I like to get outdoors as much as possible and can often be found exploring the endless trails of North Dorset & The Purbeck Hills on my mountain bike. I love to greet guests from around the world and share insights on all the best local attractions & beauty spots in and around my hometown of Wimborne, to ensure my guests have a wonderful time discovering Dorset and leave with happy memories :)
Wimborne is a charming market town, with a bustling nightlife and a variety of fantastic events, such as Wimborne folk festival, Dorset Art Weeks, VDub At The Pub, Fun fayres, Food festivals & much more! And with regular live concerts, comedy gigs, film screenings and plays at the Tivoli Theatre, there's rarely a dull evening in town!
