This ground floor, garden flat is situated in a stylish & unique Art Deco building in the heart of Southsea, just moments from the hustle & bustle of Albert Road and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. There is one King sized bedroom with basin and one double bedroom, Living Room, family room, Dining room, spacious, open-plan Kitchen with island breakfast bar and 2 bathrooms. Open the back doors in this bright and airy Flat to access the gorgeous meadow style garden complete with water feature, seating and BBQ! A real hidden gem. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essential consumables, including toiletries, toilet rolls, and kitchen basics, to help you settle in comfortably. If you require additional supplies during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase these as needed.

Neighbourhood information

This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop - The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, what ever you need all within a stones throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and a short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard.
