The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, and TV. The bedroom consists of a double, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, barbecue, access to tennis court on owner's grounds and a private driveway for one car. You'll find a shop and a pub in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This is a smoke-free property. One well behaved dog welcome (Please note, there are other dogs and animals in the vicinity - Please bear this in mind when booking). The Paddock is the ideal base to explore Warwickshire and the surrounding area of Cotswolds AONB. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the property. Note: The Paddock is situated on the owner's land - Access to the stables and fields is not permitted. Note: This property is on a working equestrian yard with horses and dogs moving around.
