Outside there is a rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, barbecue, access to tennis court on owner's grounds and a private driveway for one car. You'll find a shop and a pub in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This is a smoke-free property. The Paddock is the ideal base to explore Warwickshire and the surrounding area of Cotswolds AONB. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the property.
