The accommodation at the flat is divided over two floors offering a contemporary spacious interior.
Open plan kitchen/dining living area gives opportunity for all the family to join conversation at the end of a busy day. The well-equipped kitchen houses all of the appliances you need to feel right at home (No washing machine).
The two bedrooms come presented as a double and twin, there is also a double sized sofa bed in the living area to comfortably sleep one adult or two smaller/average size adults, or two children.
*** If however your a party of four and don’t want two people in the king bed then you must book as 5 people (Extra charge for bedding and towels). It’s 4 people as standard king and twin beds, if you want to use the sofa bed it 5 or 6 people bookings*** ( sofa bed is suited to one adult, or two children)
. As well as the renovated main shower suite there is a separate en-suite with shower and toilet off the twin bed room.
The number 1 feature of this property has to be the south facing roof terrace with lovely views over the levels and on a clear day a glimpse of Glastonbury Tor.
The Flat is directly over the salon, so there will be salon sounds during the working day (9am - 5pm), Also the back of the flat is the Coop (shop) yard so there will be sounds from their also if you sleep with the windows open.
We are Tom and Sarah and we have both lived and worked (as barber and hairdresser!) in Axbridge for the past ten years. We love the place so much that we jumped at the chance to be owners of "The FLAT" and be able to offer guests the chance to spend time in this beautiful little town.
As well as the local hotel, pubs and tea shop, throughout the year Axbridge hosts many events including a monthly farmers market, carnivals, street parties in the square. jumble trail and a wellbeing day to name just a few!
