Perfectly located for town and with parking, estuary views and private terrace Suncot is a little gem. There is a short sharp shock of a steep hill and driveway so please be mindful if you have health or mobility issues.
Helen runs a local pizzeria & Icecream parlour and Rob is a crab and lobster fisherman. We love Salcombe and enjoy a spot of bass fishing when we aren’t at work!
An old estuary (or Ria) fishing town with amazing coastal paths, quaint pubs and restaurants and trendy shops. A relaxed atmosphere happy vibrant place in summer; quiet as can be in winter. Beaches accessed by foot ferry or why not hire a boat in summer?
