Sleekstone is a spacious detached executive style house in a residential close conveniently set only a short walk away from one of our finest sandy and surfing beaches. Comfortably furnished to a high standard with a modern feel, French doors from the lounge lead to a sunny conservatory - perfect for relaxing after a busy day. This opens onto an enclosed, south facing sloping, lawned garden with paved patio. The bedrooms above offer roof top sea views out over St Brides Bay. There is plenty to do on your doorstep with a local shop, pub, restaurants and surf hire all close by. An ideal family holiday home. Approached from a b-road then tarmaced residential roads. Upwardly sloping driveway, paved with parking for two cars one behind the other. Paved flat path from drive to front door, possible to avoid walking up slope from the top car. Main entrance door flat to outside path. No assistance available with luggage. No changes of level on ground floor. Kitchen has extensive work services and mid level oven with microwave above. Well-lit sitting room - (natural and artificial lighting). Walk in shower upstairs in ensuite with 15cm lip. Garden at front and rear. Front garden sloping and grassed. Rear garden has large flat patio, flat grassed area, which slopes steeply at edges to boundary fences. Patio accessible from dining room and conservatory – both with one-step down. Steps to patio could be avoided by using front door and side passage, which is flat but would involve going across flat part of rear lawn. External lighting system to front of property automatically activated by movement after dark. External lights to rear. Guide dogs welcome. Public transport (local buses) within 400m.
