My holiday home is situated in Rockley Vale at Rockley Park. ‘Rosie’ is raised up above the road with a parking space for one car in front on the road. The fully centrally heated caravan with garden and balcony sleeps 4 comfortably but also has a sofa bed/camp beds for extra guests. A short walk from the on-site amenities and to a sandy beach with a cafe and water sports. There are walks through Ham nature reserve and 10 minutes drive from Poole Quay. There is a bus that runs from the main entrance too. The caravan benefits from a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and grill, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, Instant Pot, and a fridge freezer. There is also a dining room table that seats four. There is a dining room table in the kitchen that seats four with a small TV above it. The lounge has a 2-seater sofa bed and 2 chairs with a 49” Samsung Smart TV, with DVD payer and DVDs, and an electric effect fire. There are two bedrooms one with a king size bed and wardrobe and cupboard space space and small TV, with an en-suite toilet, the other with two separate beds which can be pushed together and made up as double. Duvets and pillows are provided. Linen and towels at an additional cost. Free wi-fi. Dogs welcome.

You should find you are fully provided for with everything you need to eat in and enjoy. I particularly enjoy cooking so you will find a well stocked kitchen with plenty of basics for you to use already there (e.g. salt, pepper, herbs and spices, oil, vinegar, sugar, tea, coffee and coffee pods).

Rosie is situated in a quiet part of Rockley Park with a 5 minute or so walk to reception and various amenities and the bus stop with buses into Poole and Bournemouth.
