Sinclair's Rooms is set in one of Southport's most celebrated sights, a Victorian canopied boulevard - Lord Street. This 1920’s period style accommodation is a perfect destination for flying visits as well as longer stays.
The sophisticated décor blends old with new. The 14 rooms are located on the first floor above Sinclair's Bar, our rooms are all accessed via a flight of stairs leading to our rooms, there is no lift facility available
Our Superior Rooms face the famous Lord Street, our Standard rooms have side street view and our Budget rooms are fitted with frosted windows with 'no view' at the back of our property.
Providing comfortable, cosy and luxury whether it be a 'Superior, Standard or Budget' room you choose.
Delivering a warm welcome, a quality selection of drinks in our bar, a comfortable stay in our rooms above and why not book with breakfast, served at our trusted partnering café 'Lords Café Bar' and enjoy one of the finest breakfasts in Southport. Monday-Sunday 9am-11:30am. For directions come out of our hotel main entrance/exit take a left for a short stroll to the café where the wonderful Lords team will look after you from there.
Breakfast is also available without a reservation, this will be at the a la carte prices.
Please note breakfast is non-refundable and only available during Lord's Cafe opening hours.

So is the train station with frequent connections to Liverpool, Preston & Manchester. And if you’re a passionate golfer, why not have a game at one of some of Britains finest gold courses, Southport & Ainsdale, Hillside, Formby, Hesketh or the famous Royal Birkdale? All only a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Parking is available on-street at additional charge or our suggested small car park is only 100 yards from the property.
