This property has two bedrooms . Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed with en suite facilities . Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The holiday home can sleep a family of 4. There is a outside decking area where you can sit and enjoy the view of the lakes. There are four lakes on the site. There is a gym & indoor swimming pool just over the road (charges applicable) - 5 minutes walk away at South Lakeland , plus Watersedge bar/restaurant with stunning views overlooking the Lake.

Hi my name is Jan I run Lake View Staycations with Steve my partner. We are available night or day to ensure you have a lovely holiday at our place.

Our holiday home is on a small site with 4 lakes, also there is a leisure centre on the main site which is a 5 min walk away with indoor heated swimming pool and gym (charges applicable ). There is a beauty centre (bookings advisable ) in the centre and a separate restaurant and bar which has beautiful views over the lake and a man made little beach area for the children to play and paddle . Morcambe is only a 15 min drive away , Windermere and the Lakes are 30 minutes away and we are also central to Lancaster and Kendal. Nearby is Greenlands farm which has a playbarn , farm zoo, fishing shop, archery and cafe . Other activities take place throughout the year . There is also Wildlife Oasis zoo which is only 15 mins drive away . So plenty to keep the young ones entertained . Borwick Lakes is a small site with a children’s play area but only a few minutes walk to Watersedge restaurant (booking advisable ) and other amenities .
