A stylish twin-house with two separate 3 bedroom houses that can be rented individually or as a large connected property with connected gardens and two hot tubs making it the perfect place to stay for groups and families. Bespoke kitchens and furnishing throughout add a touch of luxury to your stay with super comfy beds and pristine bathrooms. Enjoy the space and relaxation offered by this superb property in the idyllic Duddingston area. Just 10mins from Holyrood Palace and Edinburgh's historic old town.

Neighbourhood information

Duddingston is a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood with delightful historic buildings close by as you enter Holyrood Park. The property sits on a wide boulevard type street with tree views to the front and rear. The mature trees in the large garden add to the privacy and relaxation of the area. Directly behind the property is Duddingston Golf Course; although hidden by the trees this adds to the seclusion as there are no properties to the rear. Duddingston is Gaelic for sunny side of the hill.
