Only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, river and High Street, the house is ideally positioned in a peaceful setting This fresh and modern house provides accommodation for up to 6 guests. Drake House has 3 bedrooms, all on the ground floor, comprising 1 ensuite master bedroom, 2 Twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first floor comprises of a brand-new bespoke kitchen with an open plan dining and living space which is a key feature of this lovely house. There are French doors from the first floor leading to a balcony and steps down to the garden. The house has off street parking for two cars at the front and a sheltered garden with summerhouse to the rear.
