The property is set upon a hill in a quiet location with stunning views overlooking the bay and town below. The iconic Old Harry’s Rocks of the Jurassic coast as well as the Isle of Wight can both be seen from the wrap around balcony belonging to the house. Within easy walking distance down to the beach, shops and the many attractions and cafes, restaurants etc that Swanage had to offer. Similarly easy walking distance to the beautiful coastal path leading to Durlston country park and castle.
