The studio is set in the beautiful garden of a 1930’s semi-detached house in the leafy suburbs of Aigburth near to the Otterspool Promenade and Sefton Park. *Please note that the annexe is located in a garden shared with residents of the main house* The equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed and modern bathroom stand out above most. The studio has a 'Netflix ready' smart TV (please note that the TV does not have terrestrial channels). A quirky wall mounted pull out dining table provides the perfect set-up for 2 to dine in. The kitchenette is equipped with a hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge freezer, pan, cutlery, crockery, utensils, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Please note: A 75 (GBP) security deposit is required for this property - refundable 1 day after check-out.
