This is a great place to stay. You should love it here. It's very comfy and homely yet full of the comforts of the 21st century. It’s supposed to be a home from home. It's great for families .... Ohh, and you're really going to love the view.
The house is equipped with some up-to-date tech such as Philips Hue lighting and Amazon Alexa devices to control the lights and play music/videos/podcasts etc.
If this concerns you at all then please just switch them off at the mains. The house still works without them... There is a fully stocked kitchen for you to use. Washing machine/tumble dryer/dishwasher ... 4K TV with Sky/Netflix/Prime ... High speed broadband that can cope with all the kids on it at the same time ... an XBox with various games from all genres as well as the usual board games/cards/etc ... 2 very comfy sofas and 2 rocking chairs by the main window overlooking that view ... Bath/shower combined ... Dining table ...There's even a lava lamp.
One of the great things about this place is it’s a very central base for you to explore the region. The Isle of Skye is just 20 mins away … Loch Ness is only 40 mins. Eilean Donan Castle is 3 miles down the road. Applecross, Inverness or Fort William in just over an hour. You can head out in any direction in the morning and have a fantastic day. And it’s just off the A87 road so no country tracks to get to it. There’s also a filling/gas station and shop 150 yards from the house … the next one is 13 miles away. You’ll find that extremely useful.
