Newly re-furbished and re-furnished this flat is ideal for a seaside visit. Located 44 yards from the beach and next to a small park, everything you need is within easy walking distance. Quiet, warm and well equipped this is great for families or friends. With two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower and two bedrooms there is plenty of space. You can see the sea through the front door but it’s not a spectacular sea view. Pubs, restaurants and coffee shops within a minute walking.
I was born in England but have lived most of my life in California and Spain. I have recently returned to England. I’m a writer, therapist and teacher. I love talking, listening, music, sports and culture. I travel a lot and have no intention of slowing down! I live close by and will be available to answer any questions.
The street is semi-circular around a park. We are at the end, just 44 yards from the beach. There is a small, quiet pub 30 yards away and a lively coffee shop less than 100 yards. The pier is also about 100 yards. The esplanade stretches for about two miles and is lovely walk, with bars and coffee shops close by. It’s a ten minute walk from the train station and town centre. You will have a permit to park in the street but there is no guarantee of a space in the specific street. Lots of availability very close though.
