• Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village including amenities, ferries, pubs and cottages can be challenging. Please contact us if you have specific requirements
• One of the joys of Polruan are the narrow winding streets that are safe for adults and children alike, this means most properties in Polruan do not have private parking. A benefit of this property is that it is just a 2 minute walk from the main pay and display car park.
