Un équipement ménager complet ,une décoration cosy ainsi qu'un baby foot à l'étage pour passer des moments conviviaux.
Proche de la gare, de l'Olympia (salle de spectacle), du Casino, du front de mer, de l'office du Tourisme (le M.A.A.T) et du centre ville. Le logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
