Located in the picturesque Antibes, the newly renovated villa (2023) offers a wonderful tranquil experience in the heart of Cote d'Azur.
The Villa has two independent apartments, each having approx 80m2 and booked separately. Each apartment can accommodate up to five people featuring:
- two double-bed bedrooms
- a large integrated kitchen, dinning and sitting area with a sleeper sofa bed
- 1.5 bathrooms
- outside swimming pool with lounge chairs (shared by the two apartments)
- BBQ area
- AC in each bedroom and living room
- outdoor private sitting terrace
- garden, children's playing area (shared by the two apartments)
- on site private parking, with electric charger
