## The space This fully equipped apartment offers a geographical location allowing you to do everything on foot. In a quiet and secure residence, you can enjoy the old town without any noise. It is composed as follows: - 1 bathroom - 1 separate toilet - 1 bedroom with a double bed - 1 TV lounge with a sofa bed - 1 separate equipped kitchen - An elevator - WiFi Internet ## Guest access You have access to the entire apartment. ## Guest interaction I will wait for you at the entrance of the building to check in and answer your questions about the apartment and the neighborhood. I live in Antibes and work in Antibes. I am always in the corner and remains available by phone or message (SMS / Whatssap). I also offer private concierge services such as luggage services, household services or organization of tourist activities. Feel free to contact me for more information. ## Other things to note Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation. Toiletries are also provided for each traveler (shampoo, shower gel, soap). Cleaning is also included in the rental price. The dishes must however be cleaned and the bins thrown away.
