Come take a break in this beautiful, recently renovated 44 m2 apartment located on the 3rd and top floor offering you an incredible view of the sea! This apartment bathed in light consists of a large living room of approximately 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a relaxation area. In the second part of the accommodation you will benefit from a large bedroom of 13 m2 including: *180 king size bedding with “room service 7” mattress offering you the comfort experience of large 5-star hotels, * A spa bath where you will enjoy the sea view * A 6 m2 bathroom with relaxing shower equipped with hydro massage jets. (x2 bathrobes available) You will also have access to a private balcony of 5 m2 not overlooked including 1 table, 2 chairs and 1 deck chair. (Furniture removed for the winter period). You will have a free private and secure outdoor parking space located in the rear courtyard of the building. Light vehicles only, please respect the parking number that will be assigned to you upon arrival. Free internet connection, TNT channels, and Netflix. Living room TV = to access it, press the Netflix button on the remote control For pet owners a supplement of twenty euros per stay will be requested. This amount will be payable on site on the day of your arrival. The conditions are as follows: * 1 animal maximum * Animal treated against parasites * Animal bedding required.
