Special attention has been paid to the origin of the materials, furniture, bed linen, and utensils. This accommodation is suitable for business trips (workspace with desk and chair), a weekend exploring the city, or a romantic holiday for two. The north-south facing duplex apartment is very bright. It features a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, accessible by a private architect-designed staircase. The living room is equipped with a TV (Chromecast, Netflix), the kitchen is fully equipped (“on your island just like at home”), and the toilet is separate. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Private parking is located at the foot of the accommodation. A shared laundry room (washing machine, dryer) and a shared library are available to residents of the Îlots de Merville. The general atmosphere is that of a family guesthouse.
