We have been renting 7 bedrooms in our own house for 5 years now. We live there, but we share only the entrance with our clients.

La Mansarde is a guest house offering private bedrooms in a family attic. It occupies the 2nd and top floor of a 18th century building.
It's ideal if you are looking for a charming and central place to enjoy Nice, less so if expect a luxurious setting.
You will receive informations for a self check in. We are not an hotel, we don't clean the rooms during our clients stays. The apartment is cleaned every day.
