Enjoy the stunning beauty of the French Alps. This charming apartment offers panoramic mountain views from the living room, a huge terrase to relax outside on, and Haute Savoie charm. Right on the slopes, during winter you ski out the door to the lift below. During summer, you can follow marked hiking trails. The apartment is part of the resort and offers open access to the communal outdoor pool and playground at the base of the hill. There is also a shopping center there, with restaurants, shops, groceries, bakery and rental equipment for skiing and cycling. Linens can be provided for a rental fee of 30 euros.
I am an avid cross-country and downhill skier, hiker, and cyclist. I am thrilled to share my love of the La Clusaz area with guests.
This property is part of the La Clusaz and Manigod Ski Station. During the winter, there are ski lessons offered by ESF teachers at the base of the hill, and many extra activities for families like fireworks, skiing demonstrations, musical events, and bonfires. There is a large cross-country skiing on maintained tracks 5 minutes down the road at Col de la Croix-Fry. In the summer, the station offers entertainment for adults and children (bouncy castles, trampolines, go karts, music events). There are marked hiking trails around the mountain with incredible views. The nearby town of Manigod (10 minutes) offers a lovely cafe and other amenities, and the larger town of La Clusaz (15 minutes) offers nightlife and entertainment. The city of Annecy (30 minutes) offers lake activities.
