日本「完全に民泊スタイルで、オーナーの居住エリアもあるアパート。部屋はベッドとライティングデスク、そして小さなテラルから、ニースの路地を眺めながらPC仕事ができる。いろいろとルールがあるので、ホテルのように勝手に滞在したい方はお勧めしないが、オーナーは話好きで、とても親切な方。風呂、キッチン共用だが、部屋は十分な広さがあり、古い屋敷なので天井も高く居住性は高い。ニースの街中という立地条件もいい。日本流の玄関で靴を脱ぐルールーも衛生的でいい。」

日本「オーナーがとっても親切なかたです！わたしはニース到着初日に空港でカード入りの財布盗難にあったのですが、その際にも一緒に警察署にも行ってくれました。日本語も話せるので、とても頼りになりました。通常のホテル住まいだったら、落ち込んだままだったと思います。
すごくいいかたでいろいろお話しができたので、その後の毎日を快適に過ごすことができました。」

Hi there :) I am welcoming my guests in my large very Frenchy-ish vintage apartment. The decoration contributes to make you feel as homely as possible. The flat is located in a very central and safe area, close to everything. The building is a beautiful 1835 bourgeois. No shoes are permitted in the flat. Bathrooms are bleached everyday. Please do not hesitate if you have any further questions :) I will do my best to make you enjoy your stay at my place :)

The area is very centrally located. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Old Town - 10 to 15 walking distance from the beaches and the train station - Tram2 stop DURANDY at the corner - Galeries Lafayette and shopping mall at 5 minutes - Parking Nice Étoile or Marshall at 10 minutes too.
