Accommodation located in the village where you can visit its unique church, the studio of painter and sculptor Jorge Carrasco, or go swimming in the Creuse River (beach a 1 km walk away). Located on a quiet street, adjoining an unoccupied barn. 5 minutes away is the town of Argenton-sur-Creuse (the Green Venice of Berry) with its market, archaeological site, and shirt-making museum, and 10 minutes away is the village of Gargilesse-Dampierre (one of the most beautiful villages in France). The Creuse Valley (Lake Eguzon, beaches, canoes, etc.) and the Brenne Natural Park will complete your stay. The Beauval Zoo is 1 hour 15 minutes away. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining room and kitchen, a toilet, a shower room, and a storage room. On the first floor: two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), one of which folds down into a piece of furniture. A storage room. Outside: private parking near the accommodation and an enclosed garden at the rear with a terrace and grassy area. Property managed by a professional.
