Small enclosed garden at the back (3 steps to access) and unenclosed land in front of the cottage. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Gîte located in the Auvézère Valley where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking in the magnificent setting of its narrow, steep-sided gorges, near a farm (cattle farm). Périgueux, a "City of Art and History," is 25 km away for those who enjoy sightseeing (museums, St. Front Cathedral, Vésone Tower, Mataguerre Tower, etc.), shopping, and water sports in the indoor pool (Aquacap). It is 28 km from the International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac.
