Please note that if you are traveling with pets, the property can only accommodate one pet per accommodation for a surcharge of EUR 12 per night upon prior confirmation.

Please note that we do not accept checks and holiday vouchers. Reservations must be paid by card. Please note that 2 of the 4 beds in the Chalet (2 Adults + 2 Children) and the Chalet - Lake View (2 Adults + 2 Children) are not suitable for children over 12 years old, as the dimensions are as follows: single bed (70 x 90 cm). Please also note that pets are not allowed in these two types of accommodation.

For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.

For group bookings (5 units or more), group conditions may apply: prepayment of the full amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Please contact us for more information.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Résidence Vacancéole - Le Domaine des Monédières in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
