Newly remodeled comfortable accommodation w/in a short 8-minute walk to the city center and 2 kilometers to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with full oven, refrigerator and washer/dryer combo. It accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, safe private parking outside the house and large yard with an artesian mineral water well. Well behaved pets are welcome. Equally great for short trips as well as extended stays!
