From the beginning we help you customize your stay to your expectations:.
Our focus is YOUR vacation and are included in the rental rate the following services:
- Local concierge service.
- Daily cleaning.
- Grocery shopping.
- Cooking: breakfast and lunch service, drinks and cocktails prepared and served.
- 24/7 security.
What is NOT included?
- The electricity and gas. We will ask you to give us 100 dollars at checkin as a deductible deposit for the electricity and gas. At check-out we will deduct your consumption from the deposit and return the left over before your leave.
- The cost of your grocery and drinks. You pay for them, but we will prepare them and cook them as you want.
IMPORTANT:
After booking we will require an email to send the rental contract. 50% down-payment (by credit card or bank transfer) is required to secure the reservation.
