This mountain villa is located in the hills above the Bannister Hotel, yacht club and marina in Puerto Bahia Samana. It has recently been completely renovated and includes covered parking for two cars with two levels in the main villa that terrace into the mountain slope. This private villa has its own swimming pool and lush tropical gardens. The price of this villa includes a 70′ boat slip in the hotel marina and yacht club. The Bannister Hotel has multiple amenities available to the owner and guests of the villa and boat slip which is in addition to the Ocean Club at the entrance to the marina.

This villa includes a private swimming pool and a large garden surrounded by trees and tropical plants. In addition to the recently added expansive balcony on the upper level, a new covered pergola was built over the BBQ area adjacent to the swimming pool.
