Your reservation charge will appear on your credit card statement under the name of: VIAJES GRUPO TURISTICO INTERNACIONAL S.A. Charge will be processed from Palma de Mallorca, Spain. Payment at the property is not accepted. The payment of the reservation must be made through a payment link, within 24 hours of the message being received. All reservations are paid in US dollars. Unpaid reservations will be canceled prior to arrival. In case you require an invoice, it will be provided by a VIAJES GRUPO TURISTICO INTERNACIONAL S.A., local invoices are not available.

Antigen tests and/or PCRs will be available within our hotels by carrying out by approved health service companies. Setting up an appointment at our front desk upon arrival is required. We recommend to contact with property for more details.
