The apartment is bright and simply furnished. The highlight is definitely the high-quality waterbed. It is calmed and divided into two water chambers, so you don't feel anything from your partner. Anyone who wants to buy a waterbed should take a look at it for a few days. For more information about the bed, please ask. The second bedroom has a normal 140x200m bed. I used to live in the apartment myself and therefore paid attention to a nice kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped, even for baking, all devices are available. There is a pub directly opposite. You can visit them for a nice beer in the evening to end the day. When the windows are closed, you don't hear anything from the pub.
The proximity to the city center, Weser Ems Halle and the train station make the apartment extremely interesting for tourists. Everything is within walking distance in the immediate vicinity.
