Cozy granny flat equipped with a new kitchen-living room, cozy bedroom and new, high-quality bathroom. Large garden area for being outside. First occupancy as of February 2018, ideal holiday without a car, but better by train, as everything is very easy to reach on foot, 100m to the old town, 4 minutes to the promenade and boat docks, 100m to the train station, 200m to Edeka. ***** Separate entrance along the property to your holiday apartment. Small, covered stairs lead to the first living room (kitchen with bar and dining area). A beautiful partition leads to the cozy bedroom with a bay window and antique furniture. ***** Improved WiFi reception through WiFi repeater, free carport garage space (city parking costs 15-20EUR per day), free covered parking space for bicycles/e-bikes
Hi, I'm Simone and I would like to personally welcome you as a lovely hostess to a wonderful holiday in the middle of Überlingen. The biggest compliment for me is when you feel at home with us and are already looking forward to spending your holidays with us again. ******* Our house was lovingly renovated in 2017/2018 and completely restored after 2 years of construction, inside and out. We have taken care of every detail with full passion and have remained true to our personal style, without financial compromises. Our house is originally an Art Nouveau villa with the charm of that time, built in 1913 and is now a real feast for the eyes in Rosenobelstrasse, let us surprise you. We furnished and designed our apartment in such a way that we would go on vacation there ourselves.
From our Villa it is a 5 minute walk to all different attractions: cafes, restaurants, museum, thermal baths, markets, shops, supermarkets, train station, bus station etc.. *** All you need for you daily life is just round the corner: Bakery, grocery, butcher's shop, pharmacy, hair dressers, wine stores, copy shop, bike rent, etc. etc. **** Restaurants: Pizzeria Allegretto, Zeughaus, Weinstein, Café: Brazilia, Solid Ground, Rathauscafe, KELLERWERFT, Hotel Ochsen **** Leisure: Ostbad, Westbad, thermal baths, city gardens with animal enclosures, municipal museum, Rauenstein Castle, Prälatenweg Birnau-Salem, Tobel Hödingen, Affenberg Salem, Meersburg Castle, Konstanz , summer theater (Überlingen), beach days, promenade festival.
