The flat is located on the ground floor of a lavishly renovated apartment building in a central location. Via a hallway with wardrobe area you enter a spacious living room with American kitchen, sitting area with couch (with the possibility of an extra bed for 2 persons). Here you will also find the TV with cable TV and the internet access. In the central area of the living room is the dining table with 4 seats. Adjacent to it is a new kitchenette with everything that belongs to it (refrigerator, cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more).
Furthermore, the flat has a small bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed with separate mattresses and a historical wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and WC. The flat is very well equipped with wooden windows, a modern fitted kitchen and a high-quality bathroom!
The living room and bedroom have curtains and blinds.
Your host Alexander Köhler lives nearby and will welcome you personally and give you tips on exploring Dresden and the beautiful surroundings.
