The exclusive penthouses extend over the 2nd floor of the beach house-style villa. The highlight of the penthouse is the spacious 42 square metre roof terrace, which offers a wonderful place in the sun. Here you can enjoy meals together or simply relax. Two loungers and additional garden furniture are at your disposal. The rooms have been designed with lots of wood and glass and in bright colours. The Lübeck artist Ninette Mathiessen has artistically designed the apartment. The three bedrooms are each furnished with a spacious double bed. There is also a sofa bed for two more people in the living area. One of the bedrooms leads directly into the bathroom. Here you can enjoy the unique view from the whirlpool or the double rain shower. The private sauna in the second bathroom is the perfect place to relax. The bioethanol fireplace bathes the living room in a cosy light.
